you can grow it back. sure, not with the nerves and the mucous glands, but you can stretch that skin out and at least cover the glans and restore some circulation.

circumcision just removes a little retractable (sliding) bit of skin (the "foreskin") that covers the head of the penis in un-circumcized guys.

 
Just so you guys know Every Muslim man is circumsized. So I was and all my brothers are and my friends are. I am happy that I am also. Uncircumsized is pretty nasty.
