Geeze, no use in killing them, they're harmless bugs :roll: They're beneficial to trees because they act as natural tree pruners, which means that trees will grow back fuller and stronger in the years to follow. Fruit trees have MUCH higher fruit yields in the years the proceed these events. They also airate the ground, lessening soil compaction which greatly helps plants. They might be a nuisance to you, but they help the environment and ecosystem out greatly.
