No excuses. Today is day 1 of my fitness journal. I'll be writing about my 3 month project time of losing 15lbs of fat. Burning fat is my main goal. I couldn't care less about the total amount of weight loss since there is a combo of lean mass/water/etc that is lost as well.

I currently do Stronglifts 3x a week. I'm in their intermediate program. Currently squat 425lbs, deadlift 385, overhead press 165, benchpress 230, bentover row 155lbs, pull-ups/dips.

I have been doing more cardio lately so I have been playing basketball half/full court 4x a week or more and also mountain bike on the weekends through various trails.

The two things I need to change are:
#1 switching to nutrient dense low calorie foods and eating less junk foods.
#2 sleep 1-2 more hours a day. I currently average 4-5 hours a day.

Stats of this morning are:
Weight: 211.4lbs
Fat: 21.4%~ estimated via omron bodyfat analyzer. It may not be exact but it will allow for a good gauge.
Age: 32
Height: 5'7-5'8"

I will also be logging my food calories via myfitnesspal.com.

No luck needed... I just need to stick to my gameplan... I've done this before... just need to find that drive again.
