Does Chris Matthews claim to be unbiased? I honestly don't know.

EDIT: Also, he is right, this stuff is basically grade school level. Yahoo had an article the day of the debate listing the lies that each candidate would use and Romney used pretty much every one. I think when Romney denied the $5T thing it really threw Obama for a loop, he wasn't prepared to defend his arguments properly.

His Bias? He only expressed the feelings of nearly every Democrat alive.

Obama had the opportunity to slaughter Romney after some of the crap he said - all he had to do was use Romney's own words against him. I was stunned that he let Romney get away with it.

We just had a thread during the RNC where a lot of people claimed Chris Matthews was just as tough on his Democrat guests.

I think at some point several years ago, he thought of himself as centrist and for the most part I think he was, but he has long since given up the pretense of that. I mean during the meltdown he admits what his bias is and MSNBC's.

Not really .. Wake up the 47% thing. how its presented has an effect . The truth is 47% of Americans have their hands out for food stamps. 47% what the standard for getting food stamps . It seems to me that Romney got the 47% correct . If your not proud enough to refuse foodstamps when tightening the belt is really all thats required the words that the Demons use against romney on this 47% number. Is incorrect. Were is Americas pride! False pride of dening the numbers doesn't fly with me.

Not alot now that I retired last year federal only about $10,000 No SS payment by me my wife payed in her SS and state and federal her statetax and mine was around $6,000.
We had other income also that had no effect on taxes
