If you are set on the IP35-E, us auto notify and wait it out. You might keep an eye out at mwave and zipzoomfly also. Directron has it ,but the price is $115.99,I agree with a few others and think it is a better board than the Gigabyte. The board has not been discontinued according to the Abit website, I think it's just very popular. I'm kinda watching the ASUS P5K-E wifi, that's what I'm getting with the tax refund and it's been OOS a lot too. Good luck and Happy New Year.
