What if it was "clean" nuke, much like the Tsar bomb that Russia tested in the 60's or something entirely new they are experimenting with?

It's already been stated by others that it wouldn't matter, but just to nitpick, the Tsar bomb wasn't "clean"

I'll tell you what actually happened. China saved up enough on their PayPal account (mainly from selling counterfeit Pez dispensers) to buy 10kg of anti-matter off eBay, and while trying to cut through the packing tape on the outside of the they nicked the containment field and set off a huge chain reaction.
