Background

Followup: CCPD: Couple could be arrested for leaving baby in van *fixed

I say deport them all. Problem solved. "Cultural differences" my ass...

Summary: 29yo Saudi immigrant father and 17yo Saudi immigrant mother left 8-month old baby in vehicle while they watched a movie with their 4yo daughter. Police didn't arrest due to "cultural differences."

Yes, deport them all

Two more children died over the weekend in hot cars. That’s 682 since 1998. It isn’t getting better.

Saw thread title, was encouraged this might be a non-political post.

Then I saw OP's username.

Did not leave disappointed. Just sad.

Yes, we have penalties for scumbags here, we don't let them off the hook for "cultural differences." He broke the law, fucked his "wife" when she was as young as 12. Deport them all.

Selective outrage at certain groups of people based on one's predetermined viewpoints.

But yes, humans are irresponsible.

Yes people who leave their children in their car are scum. From the second link YOU provided:

Lt. John Hooper of CCPD tells us, "After looking at everything that was available to them at that time made the determination not to make an arrest and released them, advising them that this investigation is ongoing and that an arrest in fact might occur after we consult with child protective services and the prosecutor, and we do a very thorough investigation."

Lt. Hooper says it isn't unusual for police not to make an arrest when they arrive on scene of these types of cases.

Did you even read it? Even the video pointed it out it was still an active investigation. If you want to be angry at someone, be angry at the police. To be clear, let me clearly state that leaving children unattended in vehicles is unacceptable. However, this is a problem that spans all races and creeds, as has already been pointed it out in the thread... and it seems you already knew it coming in. Making it about ethnic groups you dislike is straight up bigotry. If you have a problem with no arrest being made on the scene, blame the police.

1. It was night.
2. No hot car phenomenon @ sub-70 degF temperatures.
3. Saudi Arabia has no age of consentable marriage other than what the Quran states. (It's puberty)
4. Sure discipline is definitely required. There is probably more info as well.

Well at least you aren't even trying to hide it anymore, that's something I guess.
