Hey monkey. Thats cool and all. Since when did sales determine the fact that a car is fast or not. Ive had RX7s(discontinued) GSXs(discontinued) supras(discontinued) 300zxs(disconitnued). Now I have a modded GSX and a 99 camaro SS. I paid about the same for both. All the cars listed would get thrashed by the SS. The supra would be close but 0-60 would lose. Ricers are so much out of the league of american V8s (except mustangs) it pretty funny. Name a Jap car made today that gets 350 hp stock. Accords out sold GSR integras. . . Whats your point?

It's not all about the HP. The NSX (although it costs almost 4 times as much as an SS) has only 280HP, yet it can rip similar quarter times. Same goes for the Skyline GTR, it has &quot;280HP&quot; (that figure is a little underrated), but it's AWD system makes for a great handling experience. IT all depends on what kind of power you want

As much as I hate to see a classic faded out, the current gen fire/cam aren't anything great. The Z28 and the SS really move, but as stated before, too many yuppies drive them. Thats just IMO.

They need to return to being a pure sports car again... too bad chevy is now more about profit margin

LOL, the interior of the Camaro is horribly cheap. A $14k Civic has better quality materials and fit &amp; finish.
