Chest pains when breathing after long bike rides

For the second straight week after about 25-30 miles whenever I inhale deeply I suddenly feel sort of a pain in my chest, and I feel a cough coming on..like I just breathed in cigarette smoke or something.

Is this normal at all? What's causing it?
