I think I just got over food poisoning....however, I have these massive chest pains the past 2 days. It's this pain in the middle of my chest. I only get it while I move around alot. It gets really agitated when I lay down and try to move or when I sneeze. Also, I am kind of constipated too, so maybe that has something to do with it? I would go to the doc, but my health insurance ended and I am awaiting results from state assisted insurance.

The stomach refers pain to the middle of the chest, which could be why it hurts more when you lay down or sneeze (both change pressure on/within the stomach). Honestly though, chest pain is typically something you don't wanna mess with. Try taking some pepto bismol when you get it and see if that helps.

Indeed and if the pain still doesnt go away. See a doc.

Likely hood that its something serious is low, it could be sore muscles from the vomiting, stomach liner could be tender from the poison or it could be bad stomach acid. But the consequences if it isnt one of those is to high. Dont want to play around and it be a mild heart attack. They can and do happen in men even at age 30 or younger.
