Update guys,

About a week ago I received my heavy duty dog cage and got it set up in my backyard. Watch this video.

Next night the raccoons tried to get to my food in my cage but it was not successful at all...it was mission impossible. I guess the raccoons have their limits they are not superman the movies you see on TV.. It was their worst nightmare cause they wrestled with my cage for 4~5 hours only to get no food...they got so tired and went home. The next 3 days those raccoons didn't even bother messing with my cage. I guess that $189 investment well put. LMAO :D

And I got my bike fixed up and running.. I rode to work for the tirst time and I got sick real bad cause food I ate did not digest and almost vomited at work it was not a pretty day...:(

Dude are you seriously gonna stay out there in the winter? F that noise.

Also watch the size of your fire if you're making it "indoors" or under a tent/covering/etc. Don't want that mother scratcher burning down around you.

Yes I'm staying out here in the woods...can't afford rent and I gotta pay my Discover card bill, some other bills that I owe and the federal tax return..

I will be upgrading my shelter the livingroom area. It will be replaced with 7~8 ft tall 10x10 gazebo, zipper equipped net, and thermal blankets will cover the sides of the gazebo. And I will be receiving a gasified fire pit (13.5" wide) placed inside it. They are all coming this week.

10x10 Gazebo frame
Zippered mosquito net
Fire pit wood burner

Can you build on this land?
Do you own the land?
Does anything you are doing require a permit?

Edit: I see the Gazebo is a pop up tent

With that gazebo and the new net will make my living room about 30% larger and taller... currently my tarp in the living room with the modquito net is only 5 ft tall in the lowest point so it's very uncomfortable.. the gazebo will increase the lowest point to 7 ft and the center 8+ ft... enough space to make fire inside for the winter. And I will store my fire pit in the cage when I'm gone for work.

My bike won't get stolen cause I got the new chain lock that secures both the wheels and the frame.

I'm going to continue to post my updates to prepare for the winter... I should have nice cozy and toasty winter... but only time will tell.

I'm wondering how long it's going to take for the cops to find Cheez's new "home" and kick him out.

Police from the homeless division did come by at my place a couple of times already asking if I'm doing OK...and asked me to contact them if I need help. You didn't read my previous post some pages back? They have no problem with me staying there.. the other homeless fellas I know have been living there for decades...

Cheez how about bringin back some lucky ladies to your pad? Get your screw on brotha!
I can't have sex with women as it's sin having to do so before marriage. Jesus wants me to stay single and focus on following him..

I use that blue & white cooler as my lunchbox. Pretty good cooler. LoL @ feeding the raccoon! Wonder if it'll ever get friendly with you?

If you're serious about doing winter there, build an igloo it will be more insulated. Easy way is to make a big pile of snow and pack it down, and next day dig a tunnel. Make sure the floor inside is higher than the entrance tunnel so the hot air stays in.

Dude. What if bigfoot attacks you? Whatca gonna do?

Serious though. You owe a Discover bill, federal taxes, and a few other bills. So what. People owe much much more than that, and I don't see anyone moving out into the woods. How much is rent in your area? I live in NJ and I pay $700 a month. It just seems that you're making a lot out of nothing.

I always wondered about those ice shelter.. I thought they are even colder because of the ice around you and beneath you... sometimes physics work weird way...

Yeah that's a young raccoon by himself searching for food.. he comes by late afternoon. I hope to be able to pat him and pamper him like my own pet.:)

Cheez I think John the Baptist lived in the wilderness!1 You could change your name to Cheez the Baptist!!! Has a nice ring!!

Then you could have a bug based diet -- locusts and honey and grasshoppers......all that protein!!
