There is this lame cheer camp at my school's rec center with a bunch of high school girls (sorry, no pics pervs) learning how to cheerlead. It is the most annoying bullsh!t ever. Cheerleading must be the most retarded "sport". What do you think of when someone mentions "cheerleader"? Words that immediately come up include bimbo, hot, ditzy, stupid, etc. Cheerleaders are mostly looked at as sex objects and nothing more.

Dancing (all kinds) can a form of art, sports is a good way to get kids to exercise, test their limits, whatever, but cheerleading is a form of retardation. Dads, please don't let your daughters be cheerleaders.

They have spirit and motivation and drive. Many people assume that cheerleaders will grow up to be brainless trophy wives, but these same people are ignorant and pathetic.

i dunno, cheerleaders are kinda overrated to me... they were never the hottest girls at my school... the hottest girls were the swim team and the volleyball team (you should have seen the 'uniforms' they wore... skin tight short shorts? fapfapfapfap!)

And when i got to college, it seemed that to be a cheerleader, you had to be a 5'0" 100 pound munchkin so the male cheerleaders could throw you up in the air easily, totally unattractive to me.

Saying it's the most dangerous sport in america is so far beyond reality that it's not even funny. Just because the number of teens hurt during cheerleading has doubled doesn't mean it's dangerous at all. It could have been 1 injury up to 2 injuries. GASP.

104 catastrophic injuries... in all colleges and high schools... over TWENTY YEARS.

What a joke. Cheerleading is hardly the most dangerous sport in America. :roll: What a joke.
