I was looking through a voter guide when I came to a page showing each candidates for U.S. Senate and a quick rundown of their priorities. At first I thought this must be some sort of joke, but this guy is definitely for real.

Edward C. Noonan (American Independent Party)

Statement:
The Constitution requires:
1) attained age thirty years,
2) nine years a citizen of the US and
3) when elected, be an inhabitant of that state for which he shall be chosen.

I meet above qualifications!

Top Priorities:

- Investigate Mr. Soetoro/Obama's Natural Born Citizen status.
- Seek to repeal all matters Mr. Soetoro/Obama illegally signed into law.
- Seek to have Mr. Soetoro/Obama deported as an illegal alien.

For even more lunacy, check out his craptacular website:

What Noonan definitely can't do:
-Bring home the bacon.

This is, in general, a positive goal.

- Investigate Mr. Soetoro/Obama's Natural Born Citizen status.
...
- Seek to have Mr. Soetoro/Obama deported as an illegal alien.

Will they deport him or investigate him first? Sounds like the decision has already been made.

I bet I know what the "C." stands for!

Signing something that is later ruled unconstitutional /= "illegally signed into law." That would require something illegal about the signing procedure itself - for instance, if Obama signed into law a bill not passed by the House. I do not believe that the media (with the obvious exception of MSNBC) would give even the Messiah a pass on that. Even if parts of this are struck down, it's unlikely that all 2,000 pages will be ruled unconstitutional. I do not particularly like Obama, but everyone should be able to admit that what he has signed into law is no different from that of any other modern president.

This guy would be funny if not for the example of Alvin Greene. A majority of California voters as we all know are roughly equivalent to South Carolina Democrat primary voters, which kind of ruins the humor for me. (Kind of like someone slipping on a banana peal - while holding a loaded shotgun pointed in your general direction.)

How was that illegally signed?

Because he's Obama, and therefore an Athiest Communist Muslim Facist plant by the KGB to destabilize the United States so the UN can take control of Big Shell and launch Arsenal Gear.

Yep.
The law was passed by congress and signed legally.
The constitutionality of the law is to be decided by the courts.

The bill may have been signed in a 'legal' manner, despite all the backroom deals, bribes, and dirty politics to get it on BHO's desk, but an unconstitutional law is still illegal.

Didn't quote it, but the comment about my wanting medicare repealed. Not really, but it needs some major work to make it actually worthwhile rather than a major drain.

A valid point... if the act is ever deemed unconstitutional by anyone whose opinion truly matters.

True, but to make it an illegal signing the Messiah would have to believe that it was unconstitutional when he signed it.

And if parts or all of it were found to be unconstitutional it would be struck from the books as such.
What it took to get the law passed in congress is of no concern as to the constitutionality of the law itself.

And as Werepossum pointed out, for the signing itself to be illegal the president would of had to of believed the law was unconstitutional when he signed it. Something that would be very hard if not impossible to prove.
