for that price it would have to include the motherboard for it to be worthwhile.

interesting tho. built in 7" lcd. touch screen. hmmm.

if it included the motherboard and was $200.00 cheaper i'd buy it for sure.

question, would a Sempron 2800, 754 pin cpu be sufficient to run an HTPC??

how much CPU do you need for a decent HTPC?

Am I the only one confused as to why you'd want a touchscreen on a component in your component rack / tv stand?

so your tv doesn't need to be on for you to see what's happening on your HTPC. you might be downloading something, you might be making a copy of a DVD, etc you can still watch your TV and watch the monitor without having a separate 15" lcd on your tv rack..

right?

Exactly, what good does it do you? Other than omgzwowthatlookssocool, I think its pretty useless. Oh well, I'm sure there is a market for it.

Edit: Perhaps to see song tracks and what not, but you can do that without having that expensive LCD.

a good HTPC case costs about $200.00. a decent LCD costs $150.00 or more. plus the LCD monitor and Keyboard etc will take up a lot of room.

the LCD on this case replaces, keyboard, mouse and monitor.
