This is the improved model with the optional improved active stylus done by synaptics, it is passively cooled (the old 7130 had lots of firmware bugs and used a fan), it also has a SSD you can upgrade as well as the battery is replaceable (

Sure it is no wacom tablet but for this price I am not complaining. If I was not dead broke I would be buying myself one right now.
