I have a body solid incline bench. I think it is $175 ish new - I got it used for $65. I would not recommend it - it can shift slightly under weight. If I were to buy one now - I'd get one that doesn't incline - a fixed one should be more solid, and I rarely use incline - I just press or bench flat.

Definitely look for used on craigslist - I don't think $100 gets you far for a new decent one - especially incline.

The general rule is that if you can buy multiple benches is that you get flat bench and a fixed incline bench. Or atleast a flat bench that is dedicated and an adjustable one.

Valor DD-4?

Are you sure that you can not up the budget? I will try to keep costs down when I do a cage/bench (hopefully soon) but I am thinking a good bench starts at $300.

Whatever you do, skip the Bowflex brand.

The bowflex bench 3.1 on amazon gets great reviews. I don't really want to up the budget much since I bought a body solid power rack for $320 shipped and it's fantastic. I have a hard time swallowing paying $300 for a bench when my power rack cost the same and it's a freaking whole rack!

Yeah I'm thinking of a flat bench for the added stability and also I could use it to step on with dumbells in hand.
