A black man allegedly refuses to drop a gun as ordered by a black cop. Black cop kills black man. Race riots ensue.

Makes sense.
Obviously the black officer was operating under direct orders from a white man. Obviously. No black man would ever act against another black man unless forced to by an evil, manipulative, self-serving white man.

A couple of problems I have with the OP.
...
Why don't we all wait until more evidence comes in.
"I have problems with someone who wrote a post on the internet! Dumbf**k needs to wait until the evidence comes in!"

"Oh, and to the rioters looting and destroying communities... no comment from me, continue on your ways."

I thought he was carrying a book?

There is SOOO MUCH potential to post memes which could involve gun stores, or "blacks reading", the problem is just that each and any would make one look racist...

Mind you that the picture does indeed show a gun - and that the protesters rioted because "poou-leeese again shot an unarmed black man". So unless we assume the picture is a photoshop or the gun was planted (there is no evidence for this, plus witnesses claim they saw the gun as well), they did NOT shoot an "unarmed man" and the protests are based on a falsehood if not lie.

So far I'm liking the "Hands Up, Don't Shoot" that came about from Mike Brown, a thug and thief idiots rushed to defend and ended up looking like complete dumbf*cks in doing so (which, is in no way at all surprising). We just need some "Remember Trayvon!" calls to complete the idiocy... :D

Black person holding a gun shot by a black officer working for a black police chief + BLM = riots against whitey.

Police chief is black as well...

Can someone explain to me how rioting, looting and destroying store fronts helps the cause of fighting police violence against blacks?
I'm having trouble putting this together.

Causing disruption and instilling fear is an action that has impact. It forces a reaction.
First that reaction is the cost of damages and/or extra police activity. Then there's the loss of business, tax revenues, etc.
These costs and national media narrative brings about pressure.

Apply enough pressure and you WILL cause change.

Residents take back control of streets. Execute completely peaceful protest despite curfew

You have a point!

But what is that change supposed to be? That thugs shall be allowed to draw guns when facing the police, that it's ok trying to disarm the police and trying to take their weapon (as has happened), that it's ok to impose a potential dangerous situation on cops (like in the case of the guy going back to the car), and that it's ok and has no consequences not to follow police orders?

In other words: anarchy where "the law" loses any meaning?

<snip>

Why don't we all wait until more evidence comes in.

Why don't you tell those rioters in NC that line.

I wonder what this restaurant (and other stores in the area) ever did to blacks to deserve this - http://www.businessinsider.com/phot...oting-nearby-stores-and-smashing-in-windows-8

Speaking of more evidence, you mean like the 12 years old black kid that was murdered in cold blood by that hunky evil looking white hispanic male (T. Martin)?

Or killed by white cop in cold blood execution style while hands up, giving up (M. Brown)?

Yup, let wait until more evidence indeed. Uh huh.

Anyone see Hillary Clinton's tweets on the subject? She's fueling the fire!

Haven't followed that one so can't really comment. Lets say that one is just straight out murder: That's one, out of how many black on black killings in the same amount of time. And, how much protest over black on black killings? Essentially zero. Which really means, it's all a BS show. When there are daily mass protests in every major city where blacks are butchering each other wholesale, then I'll start to believe blacks actually care about one another getting killed. Until then, I think they're much more interested in a Gotcha Whitey!/Po-Po! than solving what's killing them. And, of course, Politicians and Trump will be scoring as many voting points as they can; can't really throw Trump into the Politician category, he's like his own show haha.

You don't have the luxury of picking and choosing facts.

Please tell my why, in your opinion, did the people of Ferguson burn their city to the ground while Tulsa still stands.

And why are you talking about Tulsa when the thread is about Charlotte? Have you already conceited defeat in your stance regarding the Charlotte incident?

What exactly are they protesting? Are they protesting that a dangerous threat was removed from society? Or are they protesting those who destroyed the community the past couple days? What is it? We white folk are too stupid to understand, you need to help us out.

and this is on the town's website (which oddly enough doesn't mention the city having been burnt to the ground)

White people are dumb. So... why did you trot out this photo? Do you believe it gives you an internet win? Do you believe it excuses the behavior of people of other color? Does it mean you get to more easily forget that communities are in far worse shape after these riots? Does that post of yours help you sleep better at night?

Why yes, the city does cover a larger area than what was burnt to the ground. Congrats on your meaningless internet win. I'm sure the residents of Charlotte are gracious for the time you devoted to this effort.

The usual schtick, I see... a) argue semantics instead of the point. b) show a picture of one happy well-fed person, you can ignore the millions that are starving. [sarcasm]Thanks to the picture of a pristine Starbucks and an old street photo, we can obviously assume everything is totally fine in Ferguson! [/sarcasm]

Never made any such claim. As always, a swing and a miss.

Oh, and please clean up the straw when you leave the room.

Hey, what can I say. Hyperbole is not your friend. Generally it makes you look like a guy with an agenda. But hey, never you, right?
