Changing up my workout

I've been doing split for a while and have plateu'd . So i want to switch it up with a full body work out 3 days a week

m: full body optional cardio
T: boxing
W: Full Body optional cardio
Th:boxing
Friday: rest/cardio
Saturday: Full Body
sunday: rest

Anyone have any good full body routines? I've been lifting reguarly since may 2004.
