CFO sends mail to a eurpean porn site about his membership with credit card info.
CFO also sends some mails about his company which screws him badly later.
Everyone in the company comes to know about this.

The real gem isn't the porn site, that's just icing on the cake. The CFO was planning on firing all the employees (or "human assets") and dumping the company in a way that would make millions for the top three execs and screw all the workers (with no compensation packages!) and the board.
 
bah, would have been better if they would have shown the underage porn email requests to the police and he was arrested for child pornography.

The only reason given in the article for the CFO being an asshole was that he wore $1000 suits and drove a Porche, and wanted to sell the company without them. Don't like capitalism? Either get out of become management yourself. Sounds like jealousy/revenge to me.

I'm sure none of the other employees ever watch porn :roll:

I'm sure none of the other "high profile" employees were attempting to settle disputes over their account to a porn site through a corporate email account though.

Personal use of a company email account deserves a private reprimand, at most. CC'ing an email account to the entire organization is worse. If you're gonna fire the CFO, I'm fine with that, but you better fire the clown from IT too!

Insisting on dumping the employees that got you there without any severance at all is a pretty sh!tty way to repay them. Not to mention dealing under the table to enhance the management's compensation at the expense of the equity holders.

If I was on that board of directors I would have released the fvcking hounds on their asses.
