Case missing part? P180

Hey,

I recently purchased the P180B from Fry's (influenced by the rebate). However, when the case came in, I found that it was missing the top grill cover (that makes the case look kind of weird).

What is the best way to resolve this problem? Should I call Antec and see if they can help? I called Fry's already, and as expected, I would have to send the case back for anything, and I don't want to deal with the shipping costs/extra time.

Lend me your wisdom! 😀

That mesh cover doesnt really do anything but make it a little more hasseling when moving your case. The top fan already has a mesh cover over it already so who needs it!
 
It's the principle! Plus, the case does have holes for the mesh to slide in, so I'd like it too look fit. I would definitely attach it if I had it.
 
Are you sure its not in a seperate part of the box? If its missing, give antec a call and they should send one to you.
 
antec is good like that. it wont take 3-4 weeks either.

heck i lost some drive rails and i needed one more to install another burner, i emailed antec and requested one - i had four of them arrive within a week.
 
I asked for a new front door and 2 new side panels. They were sent free but it did take a few weeks. I also broke the front bottom filter door and I got that within a week.

Antec CS is much better than most computer companies.

I have a broken fan from an AC HSF and even though they have a 6 year warranty they just send you back to the retailer, as if any retail operation is going to help with a product 5 years after you purchase it. :roll:
 
Wow. Thanks everyone - this was just what I was hoping for. Now I have a load off my shoulders and now need to get ready to show off the sexy case.
