Dude. ALWAYS trust Pixar. They've never let down yet, which is saying a LOT.

Edit: Now that I've actually seen the trailer, there is all sorts of awesome things they can do with this concept. And come on, the movie is a year away; cut it some slack and realize that the Incredibles, which comes out today, ROCKS.

Seeing as how they've never released a movie that wasn't great, I doubt it will suck.

Only problem I have with it, is that it's freakin' nascar looking. I HATE nascar.

Finding Nemo looked really crap when I first saw previews for it... and it was awesome.

Same here. The concept didn't appeal to me at all, but they really pulled it off (which is part of why I'm excited about The Incredibles, as superhero stuff appeals to me much more than fish).

I wub Pixar.

seems like a similar theme to bob the builder, with a different story, and no humans, from what i can tell

i hope it's good 😀

"cars"? I don't like the name 🙁 wasn't it called "route 66" before?

11/01/01 - Formerly listed as the Untitled John Lasseter Pixar Project, the title of 'Route 66' was scooped this week by USA Today. (4/22/02) Disney and Pixar have announced the title as being changed from 'Route 66' to 'Cars.' (10/25/03) "Variety" reported last week that Pixar may add another word to the title to make it 'The Cars.'

They probably got called on by Microsoft, because Route 66 is the name of their street-mapping software (well, it was anyway)

The trailer looks pretty good, good concept too 🙂 Knowing Pixar, it'll turn out good. I didn't like the trailer/idea of Finding Nemo, but after watching it, it's now one of my favourite films 🙂 Hopefully going to see The Incredibles soon too 🙂

Confused

A Bug's Life is one of my favorite movies, and I am 23. The re-watch value of their movies is incredible.

hence why i own every single pixar movie.

i really need to get the ultimate toy box though for toy story 1 and 2. i currently only have the two dvd set of both movies and i'm yearning for that better edition... like i did with a bug's life.
