Carne Asada Friesssssss

mmm...greasilicious.

I love carne asada, but I'm kind of a traditionalist (ie, not on top of fries 😉).
I take a flank steak, marinate it in lime, beer, coriander, a little cumin, crushed garlic and adobo powder, give it a good crusty sear on each side (or on a grill if I have one) to mdium rare, slice thin and serve with cebollitas, saffron rice, avocado salad, and fresh tortillas...mmm...one of my favorite meals. And flank steak is so CHEAP! 🙂

Is your screen rez 640x480 old man? The image is only 1280x942 for crying out loud.

You fvckheads are THICK! That's a half meg image VS 125KB and you can't even see the damn difference!

Well, considering I downloaded both in less than a second, of course I couldn't see the difference.
