It takes a lot more time to come up with the concept for a joke than the wording. The sad part is Mencia is such a hack he didn't even take the time to try to improve the joke. Cosby's version was much better.

So the fact that theirs undeniable evidence that he's not the only one doing it, and that he takes inspiration from others means non of you will give him a break? Sh1t, I guess Peter Jackson is a hack for remaking King Kong. And all the Zombie movies and people associated with them are hacks for taking the "formula" for zombie movies.

Mencia has a long history of allegdely stealing other people's comedy material. A list that includes George Lopez, who punched Mencia in the face at The Laugh Factory in Hollywood for stealing numerous bits from Lopez's stand up act and Ralphie May, who confronted an embarresed and back tracking Mencia live on an Arizona radio station in 2006.

I love the Joe Rogan ambush video on youtube. the audience that originally paid to see Mencia eventually sides with Rogan and starts booing Mencia. classic.

I despise illegal immigration, and people being unwilling to learn the language of a country they move to pisses me off, but let's don't go anywhere near implying Hispanics in general are thieves. Most of the ones I've known (and I've known a lot) have earned their jobs significantly more than most of the whiny ignorant self-entitled white people around them.

Now if they'd just teach their kids not to scream all the time and run in the street...
