Overlooked the cheapest and easiest solution...it WAS the fuze. Changed the fuze, and it started immediately!!! Thanks to all for advise, I will check out the recall issue though.

Be ready for this to happen again. Starter fuse does not blow normally and if it does, there is usually something wrong.
