electricrice, and all those who are thinking about getting the unit:
first off, congrats on a great choice.
secondly, practice taking the face on and off until u can do it comfortably and smoothly. here's a tip when taking it off - slide it right, then pull the left end off first. took me awhile to figure out. before that, i felt like i was going to break the face in less than a week.
when i first put the HU in and tested it with only the stock speakers, i couldn't believe my ears. it made such a huge difference. it did not sound like i was running stock speakers at all with the powerful HU amp.
i finally replaced the front speakers with Kenwood's and bridged the rear channels to power a sub. again, definitely a huge improvement from stock speakers. it's the best setup without an amp.
