Thanks, the velodrome one isn't great, but my friend who took the pic known nothing about cameras so that was the best he could do. It's pretty hard to get decent shots of something doing 25+ mph at night. 😛

Thanks, the velodrome one isn't great, but my friend who took the pic known nothing about cameras so that was the best he could do. It's pretty hard to get decent shots of something doing 25+ mph at night. 😛

You got that right, I think nightime photos require a slow shutter speed which definately would not work well if you were trying to take a picture of a fast moving object.

I can't really take good night shots, even when indoors with some lighting. I don't have very steady hands, so most objects become blurred when shutter speed is decreased. Nonetheless, here are some pics.

alright a70 owners, i'm just on the edge of joining the club. posted a topic on this a70 deal with no response. "is that a good deal? deals uses omax 100 off 500 and 100 rebate from canon. and of course there will be tax that i haven't included so it comes out to $349+tax AR" is this a good deal? any comments on this printer?

forgot to mention that this deal is for the a70 and i900d printer. hehe

Thats the deal I got in on from Office Max (thanks to RossMan). I think its already expired. When I looked it up the link to the combo was gone, so I looked at the sale paper from the BM store online, got the stock numbers for the CF card / camera / $1 paper clips and entered them in manually on the website. Then I used the $50 off $300 coupon and placed the order. After that I was able to get the CS rep to look at the add and adjust the price to $275 after taxes. :wine:🙂
