Hey, this is an update with photos of me, from most recent to about a month before I started the treatments. All told, to date, I've gone from 262 down to 184 lbs which is a 78 pound loss. I've lost 6 inches on my waist also, from a size 40 to a 34. I love being thinner. If you have any questions, I'll try to answer them. The photos of my shirt partially off are to show the power port they installed to make it easier to get fluids and the chemo drugs. As you can see, the further you go down, the bigger I get.
I've stopped using my cpap -- don't need it. I lost enough of the fatty tissue in my nasal area that my snoring is much less and I get restful sleep. I also like sitting down and not having my gut hang over my belt. I like wearing shirts and not having them be tight around my midsection when I sit as my gut pushes out. I also have started noticing heavier people more often. I am by no means fit or healthy yet, and I'm probably still considered overweight by some government chart, but it feels good.

I had a shirt just like this I bought at Kohl's. But the damn thing was cheap! It ripped so I exchanged it for another and that ripped too! Now I wear crap from Destination XL and $60 bowling shirts from ebay. LOL
