border fees is essentially gambling, sometimes you get charged, sometimes not, but probably more likely with electronics
 
do be a premier partner for ncix, i think you pay them 50 dollars a year roughly, they do have some nice sales for the pp's but stores in toronto are still lower

Shorp rbc has cheap,yet fast delevery, and they do price match from any site on regular prices. I did a price match on a sunday afternoon,two hours later they accepted it i got my powersupply 20 dollars cheaper. GREAT GREAT SITES!!
