Can you go without drinking alcohol for 100 days?

Read a quote once. Drinking is exchanging happiness tonight for happiness tomorrow morning. I'm not really a morning person, and I wake up before my GF, so...

I've done 13,500 days without, no problem.

A couple years ago I went 13 months without "sweets" of any kind, I think that was a worthwhile experiment too. Pissed of the wifey, though.

I could, easy.
I stopped a couple years ago though. I keep saying one of these days i'll have a beer or something but just never get around to it.

Easily. I do like the occasional drink though, but I could easily go without it. I'm dealing with a health issue right now so probably will avoid drinking any for the time being. I am trying to cut out coffee as well to see if it helps that issue. Basically trying to cut out any form of "stimulant" I should probably try to cut out sugar too, that is harder than alcohol and coffee though. Practically everything has sugar in it, in some form or the other.

Sure, but why? It's not like I get black out drunk and piss in my closet thinking its the bathroom.

is this a fantasy scenario where i have something to do, instead of getting drunk?

Or is it a real-world scenario, where getting drunk is the only thing that keeps me from losing my mind?

I don't think I've gone a week without drinking other than very specific times like when I was on medicine or was doing a no drinking thing for a week when my wife was preggers.

Those 7 "things" that person learned about himself makes it sounds like he was an alcoholic and drinking every day.

I could do it but don't see a reason. I don't drink excessively and can easily modulate my intake which I do mostly for caloric reasons.

Mary Jane doesn’t like it when I cheat on her. I flirt with Mrs Booze sometimes, but I’m honestly not all that into her—never have been really—so I could definitely give her up.

For real though, Ive ingested far too much THC during these bleak covid nights, but it’s been one of the few things that made quarantining with a 2-year-old lunatic and a 5-year-old lunatic bearable.

I haven't had a drink since July 2020.

I will continue to be dry until my doctor says I can imbibe once again.

I've done it before so I know I can. But I don't want to do it again. Unless I really had to for health reasons like previously.
