All I have to say is you don't want to find out the hard way. I know plenty of guys who have had the 'swab' test, and they all described it as one of the most painful experiences of their life.

Generally a blood/urine test can identify most STDs. Swabs are used by sadistic doctors.

Depends. Urine tests can be unreliable in some cases and blood tests are usually more expensive. Besides, who's to say that the memory of the fiery pain of a swab being rammed up your junk reminding you to wear a condom next time is a bad thing?
