<< Do you cook and do you do it well? >>

Yes. I qualify as a "good" cook.

<< What's your specialty? >>

Various Korean dishes, nicely marinated steak and other meat, stir fry dishes, hot pots, etc etc. I don't like baking since I'm a carnivore.

Oh, and I buy my sauces (but know good brands/products to buy) mostly because I don't have the time to make sauces.

I cook, not terribly well I'm afraid.

Lol, I remember when I was younger trying to make cookies. They got dubbed "ugly puffs" and were so hard you could break glass with them.

Yep. I enjoy cooking for myself and for others. Haven't done enough of it in far too long.

I was also a cook in my Army Reserve unit. At summer camp, working with a team of guys to prepare meals for 300 - 400 people is a very different experience. :)

Yes, although my roomate would rarely eat what I cook:eek:. I usually cook simple, quick dish: egg omelet, steaks, baked or pan-grilled chicken. Sometimes, I'd spend more time and cook indonesian dishes. I eat my vegetable raw, or blanched if it is too touch to chew like cabbage.

Yeah, I really enjoy cooking.
I make a great spaghetti sauce.
Other foods I can make really well:

Pork Chops
Chicken (baked)
Home Made Mac and Cheese
Kapama (Greek...best dish in the world.)
Pita Pizza
Garlic Bread
Cream Dried Beef (not too many people like this one)
Soup (Tortellini or Chicken Noodle)

I wish I had a grill so I could cook steak and hamburgers.

You can make almost anything taste good with a few of the following ingredients:
Garlic, basil, oregano, cyan pepper, lemon juice, celery seed, chicken stock, black pepper, brown sugar and of course, CHEESE!
Although I really don't reccomend using all of those at the same time...that would be fairly gross.

I can cook a little. I guess I have to when I was still alone and can't afford to eat out all the time.
Then I have a great GF with excellent cooking skill. I have put on quite a few pounds since then :)
But I decide to learn to cook better and I think I have since she said I make a mean chicken marsala (with her help).
I try to stay away from recipe that depends on your judgement about the measurement since I have this bad habbit of not testing the food until it's done. I prefer one that has clear cut measurement of things to use. I have aquire measurement cup recently and it is one of my favourite things now. You'd be surprise how good some of the recipe that you can find from the net.
One of them is hooters' wing (similar). That is really good and easy to make too. Not to mention much cheaper than if you buy it at hooters . Then again, it is worth it to go to hooters :)

I cook well. Especially vegetarian dishes. It's was a little rough for me to figure out how to cook meat but I do pretty well now. One thing is some people cook to unwind, but I have to be in a good mood to cook or else I botch it... some of the stuff i have miscooked has gone straight to the garbage....

I'm an excellent baker, I worked in a bread bakery for two years....
