Seems like everyday there is a new thread asking what video card is best for ~$100-$150, or what mid-level card is best.

The following NINE threads are all on the front page, you dont even need to search for them;

Best $100 pci-e card?
Please recommend sub $100 card.

I'm the last person to tell someone to search rather than post a thread, but here are nine threads on the front page alone that are answering pretty much the same questions.

No more best video card threads!

sooo what would match my setup below?

I was thinking of a Trident TVGA 9000 512kb or a Cirrus logic 1mb card...what would work best with my C2D?

If you are pushing a high end EGA monitor get the Cirrus Logic however if it's just a Amber Monochrome 14" get the trident as long as you are not playing games on it. What kind of PSU do you have? ;)

i think it is far worse to make a thread just to bitch about it

First ... search does not work properly ... which is pretty shameful ...
for a tech site ... perhaps they can't fix it ... after years one wonders

secondly, many of the posters have different configurations ... so a $100 "best" for Joe would not be so good for "Sue"'s rig ... also ... some don't "play games"

if you are *smart* you will have all your "answers" ready and just C&P your response

saves you LOTS of time

how do you think i made 25K+ posts ? ... typing individual responses

in any *respectable* sub-forum, a mod would lock this thread without fail
--the others 'remaining open' would depend on how similar they are to older existing threads ;)

so now that summer is almost here, what kind of burgers will you be grilling? I like mine plain with cheese. Yummy

There's this place not too far from werk called Marco's Famous.

They make some pretty wicked burgers.

6 oz. 12 oz. Or a retarded 18 oz. :Q

I've stuck w/ the 6 oz. + fries or donairs thus far.

I whish to had a Sonic's were I live, they ownz. their Sonic Bacon Cheeseburger tastes so good!!! Screw McDonald's or Burger King.
