A Guinness or similar stout looks like all faom when served.
Head takes about 1-2 minutes to form
The proper way to pour it is to only fill it about 2/3rds full, let it settle for 2 minutes, then pour the rest. I hate bartenders who ignore this fact.
exactly anyone that has had a guiness at a good bar will see the bartenders do this.
