Even Obama has finally given up on them. They serve no real purpose in modern society and we are paying how much money to be a part of that circle jerk?

Is it time to get out of the UN, claim our land back and sell it to pay for needed services?

The UN is pointless and the US should pull out. They are a bunch of idiots who waste too much tax dollars. They serve no real purpose and are a massive bureaucracy.

When they criticize Israel but have human rights violators on the HRC then there is something wrong.

I think with some small changes it could be much better. The biggest thing that jumps out to me is any 1 nation on the security council can veto anything. So if 4 say yes and 1 says no, then it does not pass. I think changing it to have 2 vote to veto to not pass, not just one, would go a long way.

How about we ask the nearly hundred million people the UN World Food Programme fed in 2011 in some of the most impoverished and famine stricken regions of the world if the UN is pointless? Just because the Security Council or even the General Assembly (among other parts) have deep flaws does not mean the entire massive organization is worthless.

UN won't prevent WWIII either - if US and Israel will choose to ignore The World Community and do what Germany and Italy did in 1933-1945....
