RMA's are for failures due to AMD's material or workmanship.
My table was rattling since one of its four legs was always floating, so I placed an Athlon XP under it. When I got on the table with someone to make out, the XP broke from our weight. Can I RMA it ?

Ahhh~ damn you lucky people. I'd give it a shot. btw, how'd he kill it?? >>
it just stopped working on him a few weeks ago. the mobo's fine, just this thing decided to quit.
i don't know if there was retail packaging or not; one of the things i'm trying to find out here... i should have been more accurate in my post and said that it failed on him as opposed to him killing it. i wonder if i can RMA a baseball bat after i crack it over JerBoy's head? hehe
