Question can i usedual graphics on a laptop with the following specs ?

Display :15.6 FHD IPS AG 250N N
Graphic Card: AMD RADEON 540 GDDR5 2GB & Integrated VEGA 8 GPU
Memory : 8GB
Storage : 2TB 7MM 5400RPM
Laptop : Lenovo IdeaPad 330s
 
I'm thinking no . . . 2500U should have Vega while RX 540 is Polaris. I think that precludes the use of dual graphics.
