can i dye my hair clear?

If your hair was clear it would still be white due to how the light would diffuse on the hair strands.

Did you know that polar bear hair is actually transparent? It isn't white. Each hair is completely transparent.

It allows sunlight to bounce around inside each little hair bit there, once it passes through, and the energy of this motion then generates warmth.

....Anyway, I think polar bears should sue the asshole that "invented" fiber optic cables.
 
Best you can probably do is peroxide. Ends up with something like this:

That's actually one of the things that happens when your hair goes grey - the follicle sometimes produces too much peroxide and your hair goes white.
 
Just don't poke yourself with fibre optics. 😱 Stuff is dangerous as hell. Unless you like glass shards in your bloodstream. 😛
