In this video, Brock Lesnar does a drill where he's on all fours and twists his torso to work his hips. Can anyone identify it so that I can learn to to it properly and work it into my routine?
It's really just a simple hip control drill. If you watch that video a few times, you could get it easily. I know I'm no help, but really though, you can do it without more info.
