Have you seen the new Accord? Seriously, its got an incredible interior.

Uh. OMG you guys are horribly stupid. Let's see, 1. learn to read a dyno chart. that's it. the first dyno you showed, doesn't peak over 120 hp. stock 2.0 jettas run faster than your cars

Modded cars? Please. You rip on hondas for no low power, but that car in that link doesn't make sh*t for power before 3.5K rpms. Audi/VW tuning is a butt pimple in size next to the Honda/Acura tuning community. 350 HP from a 1.8L honda is so 7 years ago.

learn to read a scale moron...

Stock 2.0L MkIV Jetta = 17.9@77.6mph
Stock 1.7L Civic Si = 16.1@86.8mph

Uh, you need to learn how to read a dyno chart. The scale on the right is torque and the one on the left is horsepower. Look at it again

EDIT: And the curve that goes way up is horsepower, the one that's flat-ter is torque.

Another quality post full of proof and insight from Mr Sour Grapes himself.

Seriously, were you molested as a child or something? You've got an awful lot of misdirected rage ... perhaps you should seek some kinda of emotional therapy. I'm being serious here. Your behaviour patterns are right in line with a victim of child abuse.

And just to clarify I believe the Canadian Civic Si is an American EX, since the American Si has a 2L engine.

And what's even funnier is that both HP and torque peak over his stated 120HP*lb/ft/min/post or whatever measurement that works out to be. 😀

Right you are. Let's try to get everything lined up here:

Canada:

DX = 117hp
LX = 117hp, trim bonus over DX
Si = 125hp VTEC, LX trim
SiR = 160hp VTEC, LX trim and extras, hatch only

IIRC, it's HX, LX, EX, Si for USA.

I believe it's DX, LX, EX, Si, and then the hybrid one. I recall an HX for the 96-00s but not for the newer ones.

Ah, right. American HX = Canadian VX. The miserly old Honda that still gets better mpg than a Prius. 😉

Actually took one of their hybrids out for a TD while the 93 was in the shop today. Not bad, but still noticeably lacking in the uNf department, and fun factor gets owned by the CVT.

Hey mizzou, what kind of car do you drive? Just curious.

EDIT: And for the record it appears his lack of rebuttal can be interprited as.....pwned!
