This is why Apple thrives, their ability to get people excited and ready to purchase over no major improvement. The White iPhone 4 is the same and the black one. People want what they can't have!!

Usually in Apple product line, white color means low-end, such as the old ibook and new Macbook; for the high-end models, they don't use white at all, see the Macbook Pro.

Whoever bought the white iphone paid high price on a low-end Apple product. Pathetic.

That's a good point, never really thought about it like that.

not sure if srs, will start ignoring now

Don't get me wrong. Think this way, if Apple originally ONLY has the white iphone, later the black iphone appears, do you think ppl will stick to white? In fact, it is more logical to promote the white iphone first. But they didn't. Why? Because the white version is worse comparing to the black version. It's thicker than the black even. So they have to twist the fanboys minds, make them believe the white is so good although it is just low-end.

Are you trolling or just challenged?

Does the white iPhone have any different functionality than the Verizon, AT&T models?

If not, then what is the point, apart from a new and different colour? :\ Jobs obviously knows that it will sell, it's Apple, right? But it seems to me dishonest to release a device of minimal improved functionality, which as it's Apple will sell highly.

Call this weird again, but I don't get the point of aesthetics in a computer. Computers exist to process information, not to look pretty. IMO, it's like similar to choosing a car solely on how it looks.

You're REEEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAALY going to hate these guys, then.

The white iPhone has quad band HSDPA so it can hit ~14 megabit speeds on AT&T and T-mobile, as well as on European cell networks.

Yet, no one can make a competing product and sell it as a comparable price.

You're mentally challenged right?

He obviously is. It's inappropriate to keep pointing it out :colbert:

We should be proud that he's managed to work a computer so well... it's remarkable somebody so challenged can get this far.

Way to go metalmania! You keep it up champ!
