Supposedly, CoD 6 will be Sci-Fi.

Call of Battlefield Duty 2095 setting?

I am sick of the CoD's milking, Activision is as bad as EA in that regard (Activision's CoD milking versus EA's Battlefield milking)

I don't really care how much they are "milking" it, if I'm getting fucking excellent games like CoD4 I'm more than happy for the Activision/IW/Treyarch boys to make a shit-ton of money.

I guess the jury's out on CoD: WaW. You have to admit Treyarch are at least improving (or at least it looks like they are). So far, I'd say they're batting about .500 on CoD games. They developed United Offensive (which was solid), Big Red One (not very good), and CoD 3 (not that great, but a semi-decent single player FPS at least). This one could go either way. Hopefully they improve on CoD 3 and can make something good happen.

I'll be playing the demo, though. I won't be buying it sight unseen like I will be for Infinity Ward's fourth CoD game.

Lol, meh. I don't know. It's a big rumor going around. I learned about it here:

Then I'll wait for CoD7 Orcs vs. Elves.

Looks ok I guess. Hopefully it's better than CoD4 **yawn**.

??!

I'm in the minority, I know. I absolutely loved CoD2, but found CoD4 to be really boring. There was only one mission I liked (the flashback sniper mission) and everything else just felt like a chore. I struggled through the whole thing, but sold it very quickly after.

Maybe if the CoD5 has more missions like that one I'll get more enjoyment out of it.

Yeah, it looks like crap. I'll wait for reviews, but I'll probably get Far Cry 2 over this shit.

What parts look like crap?

Well, the fact that these games are linear, the fact that the trailer basically screams "linear" the fact that it's Treytarch and they're not known for innovating by themselves, the fact that the main draw point is now you're able to use a Katanna, apparently.

I was reading the gamespot article on this game, and I don't know what to think. So I'm not, but if the screenshots mean anything, it looks cool.
