Modern American "liberals" always know what you want and need better than you do. It's the defining trait of their ideology.

2. suppliers get busted, forcing you to find new suppliers.

Beer drinkers don't have to face those problems.

So what you're saying is that a ban only affects law abiding citizens, and that criminals who are willing to break the law and pay a little more will still get the guns they want.

In other words, this will not reduce violence, criminals will still cause violence.

Glad to see you agree a gun ban will change nothing, so there's no reason for a ban.

I get it now. I'm sure i'm the last of you all to grasp this, but here it is anyway. CA and other state legislators want to ban guns and make our lives miserable. They know it won't help, and its irrelevant anyway. These people have careers. Some of them are younger men and nothing would help them out more than having another "legislation accomplished" badge on their vest to add to their resume. Thats all it is for most of these people. They want to be a doer, a go getter, a guy who gets things done so they can progress and be trusted with other tasks as someone who can get it done despite the blowback.
Saying that you wrote a law and got it passed and accepted as law, despite so many opposing it, would certainly win you some impressive status points.

Oh, don't kid yourself, we can. California is the prow of the ship of world culture. What is happening here will be everywhere in just a matter of some few years. The negative ions and salt that blow in from the vast Pacific ocean to the West create a higher state of average consciousness for the people living here. The brains of the Hillbillies that came West to escape the dust bowl have mutated into the driving force of civilization. Pistol packing crackpotology is a minor concern here. We don't need guns because the atmosphere gives us inner power. Be of good cheer. Forget guns and build community fountains and add a tincture of Iodine. And don't forget to eat your veggies.
