I don’t believe it’s going to work but if the corps do it they need to pick women who can walk the walk and go up against the big guys with huge egos and big inflated balls.

Reminds me of when I started working for the phone company in the late 70s. Not long before I began working there they started using everyone’s first name initial instead of the first name, the middle initial and the last name on all employee related documents. When I asked why they did this I was told it was because mostly male hiring managers were looking at HR employee forms for a job opening and using the first name to eliminate females from their short list. I believe they started using first names again in the 90s.
 
Has anyone confirmed what CA's definition of a 'woman' is for this bill? Just curious if it will differ from other gender identity legislation...
