Oh, I figured you haven't seen any of them, I was just messing with ya'. I actually downloaded Snow Dogs before it showed up in theaters(!) and stopped playing it after 20 minutes. HORRIBLE stuff. Then, I discovered Rottentomatoes.com and realized that I need to make more informed decisions on what movies I see.

I've been to too many movies that other people recommended to me and came out very disappointed. No more. Recently, a friend of my wife recommended we rent "Enough" w/ J.Lo. I literally laughed out loud... I watched Office Space and Caddyshack because everybody was singing their praises. I'm sorry to say it, but I came away disappointed.

a truely great movie is one that you can watch over and over again and still enjoy.

that makes chaddyshack a great movie in my book.
i've seen it tons of times and still get a laugh out of it each time.
office space is probably a great movie (give it another 5-10 years to see if it stands the test of time)
ferris beuhler's day off is great
casablanca is great
dr strangelove is great
and the list goes on.

Some people watch movies for intellectual stimulation and some people watch them just for fun. I don't think you fit into either one of those categories.

And ANOTHER thing -- Office Space is also overrated. Sure, the actual office parts were quite funny, but everything else (Jennifer Aniston and Deidrich Bader's characters, for example) was just boring and unnecessary. It's definitely worth watching, but it's not the Holy Grail of must-see movies like everybody insists it is.

Yeah, Caddyshack is sweet. I've probably watched that movie at least 30-35 times in about 2 years, and I can honestly say it makes me laugh every time I see it!

I've seen Fletch and Fletch Lives numerous times, and had seen Fletch a number of times before seeing CaddyShack, and I agree with SaltBoy.
