It seems like 1.45 vcore is the most commonly used voltage to push the E4000 and the E6000 cpus above 3.2 Ghz and I was curious how safe this really is. I plan on using an XP-90 after market cooler and I believe this will be more than enough. Opinions?
1.300V -1.350V -- Intel Stock HSF
1.350V - 1.4V -- Low-mid range aftermarket HSF
1.4V - 1.55V -- High end aftermarket HSF
1.55V and over -- Water cooling

Depends also on if you have an A or B batch. B's run hotter with slight vcore increase. I wouldn't try more than 1.5 on water with a B as they can hit upwards of 70C's even on water.
