C&C Renegade Demo is out

MrBond: Try using "The All-Seeing Eye". It's a very simple browser and works with Renegade demo. There isn't close to as much servers but I usually find a game and I've played some non-lagged ones and they are awesome.

I have Eye, I didn't think there was support for renegade yet (unless they released a new version yesterday afternoon and I missed it). I'll give that a try, because it seems at the moment, Gamespy has screwed something up and no one can get a server listing with GamespyArcade

Wow, that is horrible. I've never seen such horrible clipping before - I'm on a Voodoo5, which can be partially blamed, but still....this is just pathetic.

There's a new patch out tonight (version 1.07) that fixes all lag issues (or the big majority of them, I got lagged once during the hour I played and it was problably my connection). If you downloaded the demo, grab the patch. It makes the game so much more fun. They finally got the multiplay right

The difference in pings to servers is amazing. I went from 1-2 sub-100 ping servers to nearly the entire server list being under 100ms. Nice improvement.
