Hey, guys, I dont know about this monitor, but I bought my KDS-V19SN for $350+tax last summer. Its supposed to be similar to the one buy.com has on sale, only mine is a shortneck monitor

Basically, its one of the best monitors Ive seen. It supports 1600x1200 at 75hz. I run it on my canopus spectra 2500(TNT) at 1280x1024x85. It has nice control. Quake looks great on it(1024x768) and its supported by all major OS(including linux).
The only problem with the monitor that buy.com has is its not shortneck version, so if you dont have much deskspace, go buy a LCD screen. As far as refurbished warranty goes, buy it with your Amex blue card to take care of that.
I am still contemplating buying a second monitor....419 left
