But her e-mails (Kusher used private e-mail for WH business)

We won't know how serious this is until after the Congressional investigation, and the Congressional investigation, and the Congressional investigation, and the Congressional investigation, and the Congressional investigation, and after grilling him for 16 hours in front of the Congressional investigation.

If we have learned anything from investigations, it would be intent is necessary for an indictment and extreme negligence will not be prosecuted by any reasonable prosecutor. Also, it doesn't hurt to smash everything in sight.

Think they'll "retroactively declare" that they've been using this account, too?

Politico - Hundreds of White House emails sent to third Kushner family account

White House officials have begun examining emails associated with a third and previously unreported email account on Jared Kushner and Ivanka Trump’s private domain, according to three people familiar with the matter.

Hundreds of emails have been sent since January from White House addresses to accounts on the Kushner family domain, these people said. Many of those emails went not to Kushner’s or Ivanka Trump’s personal addresses but to an account they both had access to and shared with their personal household staff for family scheduling.

The emails—which include non-public travel documents, internal schedules and some official White House materials—were in many cases sent from Ivanka Trump, her assistant Bridges Lamar and others who work with the couple in the White House. The emails to the third account were largely sent from White House accounts but occasionally came from other private accounts, one of these people said.

The existence of additional accounts on the family domain beyond the two personal accounts used by Kushner and Ivanka Trump and reported earlier raises new questions about the extent of personal email use by the couple during their time as White House aides. Their use of private email accounts for White House business also raises concerns about the security of potentially sensitive government documents which have been forwarded to private accounts.

The family has declined to say what privacy measures have been placed on the domain, but a person familiar with the set-up said some security measures were taken when it was installed.

Many of the emails came from Ivanka Trump’s assistant and included work-related “data,” according to a person familiar with the exchanges. Such messages were sent “daily,” this person added.

“They’ve pretty much been using it since they got here,” this person said.

Well, you know, mistakes happen. They're just 35-36 year old kids.

boy, you're going to carry that weight, carry that weight a long way
Let me know if he has people delete the e-mails and destroy the hard drives after they had been subpoenaed like Hitlary did.

From the link provided above and I do want to point out so far no hard drives have been destroyed but I assume the HD destruction was about destroying the communications that took place on the HD not the actual murder of a HD. Please read below:

POLITICO reported in September that Kushner and Ivanka Trump used their personal emails to conduct some government business. Other current or former White House officials have also used personal email accounts or encrypted messaging apps that can be set to automatically delete communications for official matters. The White House is reviewing the use of personal email addresses by administration officials.

Banana republicans, kings of hypocrisy, remind America yet again why they hold that distinction.

Jared does it again, I think this time he should go to prison. Let's hear Dump personally address why Jared gets a pardon for what should send Hillary behind bars.

At the freaking minimum take his friggin clearance away. That pisses me off sooo much.

Grill all the people on the other end of the emails, too, just to be sure. Have cryptography "experts" examine the whole thing to discover the hidden messages, like the layers in the Birth Certificate. Demand release under FOIA, speculate wildly as to why you didn't get them yesterday.

So Skippy got one for you...

Story comes out about Javanka's using private email server. Rep Elijah Cummings send them a letter ordering them to preserve all emails. That means do not delete and do not move. After they get the letter emails are transferred to Trump's company server in direct violation of Congressional order.

Care to comment baby Trump?

Lol! You won't be hearing from the waterboy for a while now, either that or expect to see some major deflecting.

I am no Trump guy, I also see the irony of this however let's be fair, as of right now it appears to be a little used email account that most of its use was replying to people who emailed him.
This isn't saying it shouldn't be look at given what's transpired it's just saying be fair about it.
Agreed, and well said. However, this is why I said from the start that Hillary would not be prosecuted and ethically should not be prosecuted. No one else has ever been as egregious about it as she, but ethically we cannot punish someone for doing all the time what the other side does occasionally. (Either when it's convenient, or when it's . . . convenient.) Either it's always illegal, or it isn't, for all practical purposes.

I'm all for passing a bill with teeth that gives politicians thirty days to provide such correspondence to the official keepers of government correspondence on pain of mandatory big ass fines or even jail time, but until that happens, Hillary is merely the worst of a group that includes everyone there.

Agree -

there is quite a bit of a difference from transitioning ALL of your email (both private, personal, AND government work emails) to your own server. QUITE a bit of a stretch to compare this - and to be honest, it's not surprising retards here are comparing it to that. We're talking about some retard Trump kid, did you honest expect him to know and understand the due diligence of ensuring/understanding what constitutes as classified.material that needs to go through his official government email? I don't, you're talking about someone with no actual experience in government compliance until now.

Just 9 months ago the kid was sending these types of emails all the time, without a care or wonder if it had to go through proper procedures/channels for compliance.

Nice to see Fanatical Meat doesn't have his liberal tears blinders on to see the difference.
Agreed there is quite a bit of difference, and granted, he's only a "senior adviser" rather than SecState, but it's the same law. This isn't arguing that I shouldn't get a ticket for driving 75 in a 55 zone because people around me were driving 95, this is arguing that I shouldn't get a ticket for driving 75 in a 55 zone because I only occasionally drive 75 there but some people around me drive 75 there all the time.

Yeah...just like they took Hillary's security clearance away. Oh, wait!
Yeah, it is amazing to see the hypocrisy in action when rabid Hillary supporters demand things like this. It's on both sides though; Team Trump deserves as much rhetorical whippage as they inflicted on Hillary.

lol Rep Elijah Cummings ordering them to preserve all emails carries exactly as much legal weight as the President of the Camden NJ Justin Bieber Fan Club ordering them to preserve all emails. But congrats for suddenly finding an interest in transparent, law-abiding government. It's never too late!
