My car hooks good at the track, but on the street with standard street tires going WOT at 50mph or under leaves tire marks on the road. 30 or under on my MT DRs =/
Once this set is finished I'll probably jump back up to 28" tall MTs and hope for the best on the street.
And, of course, this one is classic: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H8c0tDzyKlA
Mazdaspeed 6, AWD with 270bhp. That's not enough power to spin all 4 tires. :|
Here's a nice one.

Thought you had run over a my little pony character
I wish.
Sometimes, my car does a mini burnout if I'm not careful. Badass car? Nope.
Crappy Goodyear RS/A 2 tires? Yes.
I've spun the 195/70/14 tires on the all powerful Camry a few times.
Except it doesn't sound like what that GTO sounds like above, it sounds more like something rubbing against the belt of a treadmill and a car about to stall![]()
Isn't it going to be harder simply because it's AWD? I have about the same HP in my Altima, but it's FWD. I can easily spin the front tires if I'm going from a stop.
Gee you'd think a "car guy" would know better, both how to do a burn out AND at least the smell of a clutch burning up!
Not sure why that one was "flagged"...
This is pretty funny too:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WlDLybhuOH0Sadly alot of guys with cars like that are not "car guys" and have never turned a wrench in their life and don't even know how to change their oil. They think buying such a car automatically makes them a "car guy" but when you try and talk cars with them they haven't a clue and it becomes clear quickly that they are more interested in bragging about their wallet more than the caring what car they drive.
in sub 60 degree weather, I can spin my all four in my evo on my all seasons. heck, I grabbed some good rubber in a hard shift into 2nd this spring. 33 lbs of boost via an FP red on an e70 tune was it took
See, this is why I'll never buy a used EVO or WRX-STi.
