Exercise does do it, you just have to do more of it. It takes longer than a couple of weeks to alter your metabolism. If you're in bad shape to begin with, it'll take even longer. Think months.Originally posted by: shud

Unless you have glandular problems, which exceedingly few people do, crappy metabolism is due to inactivity and poor diet.
